Currently my truck has a 132" ish wheelbase, it is a bit long for the tighter trails and such, so I want to shorten it. I am thinking about 120" or so, but I am wondering what you are all running and why, how it works and so forth. Thank You for the information. David.

My truck is the stock shortbed wheelbase of 117in. I like it cause it's not too long for most stuff and it's pretty stable on steep hillclimbs. When going up or down super steep hills I've never really felt like I was gonna go end over end too bad. Joe shortened his truck from whatever the stock reg cab/longbed wheelbase is to around 117in so I'm sure he'll be able to tell you how much of an improvement it is.
